Personalized Training Programs
First Training Session
Following a review of your medical and fitness history, a fitness assessment is completed covering all of the health related components of fitness:
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Muscular strength
- Muscular endurance
- Joint flexibility
- Body composition
Following the fitness assessment, individualized goals are established and a personalized program is designed.
Future Training Sessions
Future sessions will be one-hour in length and may include:
- Weight and/or resistance training
- Abdominal/core strength training
- Flexibility/stretching exercises
- Interval training
- Circuit training
Depending on your fitness goals, MFITNESS offers a variety of different packages that can help you reach ultimate results.
‘JUMP START’ PROGRAM (6 SESSIONS)
Also known as the ‘Introductory training’, this program will get the blood pumping, provide a boost in energy and start building fitness blocks for long-term exercise adherence.
‘MOVE’ PROGRAM (12 SESSIONS)
By creating regular movement in our lives, we learn to live in and through our bodies. With the ‘Move’ Program, you will gain a full range of movement and achieve that fitness goal you are seeking a bit quicker by coming in 2-3 times a week.
‘MASTER’ PROGRAM (36 SESSIONS)
This package is for the individual that has some serious fitness goals that are going to take more time to get there…but fear not, we will get you there & you will MASTER IT! Train with us 3-4 times a week, and you will be a whole new you in 12 weeks.
How long will the sessions be?
Sessions depend on what your fitness goals are, but MFITNESS offers both 30-minute sessions or 55-minute sessions.
How many days a week do I train?
Ideally, 2-3 times a week is what is recommended to fully get quicker results but you are free to structure your training days to accommodate to your schedule.
